Sworn translator
After successfully completing my studies at the Language and Interpreter Institute Munich (SDI), I was sworn in at the regional court in Munich with the language combination Spanish – German.
In addition to studying in Germany, I also studied in Granada, Spain for a semester and then decided to move to Spain.
Since I have always had a passion for different languages and cultures, the decision to study translation naturally felt obvious. With these skills and your support I would like to start my own business. In addition to working as a translator, I am constantly continuing my education. I am currently doing my Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpreting and an English course to obtain the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency (CPE).
Although I have a perfect command of English and Spanish, I translate according to the native speaker principle: I translate almost exclusively into German. This means I can guarantee that my translations are not only correct in terms of content, but also meet the highest standards in the areas of stylistics, grammar, format and proverbs. However, if you need a translation into Spanish or English this is not a problem, in which case I will submit my translation to a native speaker to ensure that my desired level is also met in the two target languages.
I also offer (tutoring) lessons. If you are interested, contact me using the contact form and I will adapt the lessons to you. First we will do a test to see what level you have in the respective language and I will then design the lessons according to your personal needs.
